Your privacy and security of your personal details is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. This type of information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details. This information is collected to enable us to process your order and to provide you with a happy shopping experience.

We keep postal and email addresses of past clients to inform of details of exhibitions, product launches, discount vouchers and events that we think may be of interest. If you do not wish us to do this please contact us and ask to be removed from our mailing list.

We do not pass any of your details to any third party other than when your payment and order details are being processed and encrypted by Streamline and Secpay.

We use a secure online shopping cart system. All credit and debit card transactions are encrypted using high-level security software, secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Security checks are carried out by Streamline and Secpay.

Look out for a small yellow padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser as you enter the checkout. This shows that the connection is secure and that the payment process is secure.

Also, look at the address bar and make sure it reads 'https' and not 'http', https means that you are using the HTTP secure protocol.
